Shipping

For all orders we provide free standard shipping for $40+ orders (2-8 business days) and USPS Priority shipping (1-3 business days).

We currently ship to the United States, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.

Our website does not support international shipping at this time. For international order inquiries, please contact us at info@atollas.co.

Most orders are processed the day they are placed; orders placed on business holidays, on weekends, or after 2 p.m. Eastern Standard Time will be processed the following business day.

shipping to Puerto rico or u.s. virgin islands

If you are shipping to either Puerto Rico or the U.S. Virgin Islands, please follow the instructions to complete your shipping address at checkout:

  1. Enter your name

  2. Enter your shipping address (except zip code)

  3. If your address shows up as an option, select it and click Continue to move on to payment

  4. If your address does not show up as an option, continue with entering your zip code

  5. Once you enter your zip code, your city will auto-populate in the “City” section

  6. Leave the “State” section blank

  7. Click Continue to move on to payment

If you continue to experience issues entering your shipping information, please contact us at support@atollas.co and we will place your order for you.

Return Policy

If for any reason you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund within 60 days. Get the process started by printing a return label:

The Fine Print

Refunds will be returned only to the original form of payment. Atollas does not offer store credit or gift cards. Atollas does not accept returns on items purchased outside of atollas.co.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Please have all items in original packaging.

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded. Unfortunately, koozies and stickers are non-returnable.

If possible, we encourage using the same packaging you received your purchase in to return your item/s. It’s eco-friendly!

No refunds will be given on merchandise returned 60 days after the original purchase date.

If you’re returning an item after the initial 60 days but within 90 days after the original date of purchase, you may exchange the item for another Atollas item of equal or greater value (in which you are responsible for the difference in cost). All merchandise must be unused/unworn and returned in the original packaging. To exchange an item, follow the process below.

If you’ve successfully returned your item and haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account as it may take a few days for the refund to appear. If you feel like you’ve waited long enough and want to figure out what’s going on, contact us at support@atollas.co.

Exchanges

For exchanges, please return your item(s) for a full refund and replace an order for the correct item. Exchanges for items purchased outside of atollas.co will not be accepted. All merchandise must be unused/unworn and returned in the original packaging.
